In addition to her formal training, she taken advance training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. She successfully completed her Psychotherapy experience over 6 years. As a psychotherapist, she believes that her goal is to accompany you and help you learn how to resolve, manage or accept the different challenges that life brings. She aim to create a warm, judgement free professional relationship where you may feel safe to explore your thought, feelings, memories, relationships and behaviours more deeply and authentically.
